Protecting Our Community Every Day

We are located at 7151 State Route 38, Newark Valley, New York. It is the mission of the Newark Valley Fire Department to provide fire and emergency services to the residents of the Newark Valley Fire District. As volunteers we are committed to maintaining state of the art equipment and providing high quality training for our members, who are on duty 24 hours a day 7 days a week, we respond to approximately 150 emergency calls per year. Our coverage area of approximately 60 square miles includes the Town of Newark Valley, Village of Newark Valley, and a portion of the Town of Owego.
